He holds a Master’s Degree in Educational and Industrial Psychology with First Class and First Rank from Pune University in India. In addition to Business Management Qualifications from India, he has had advanced Management Training from the Roosevelt University of Chicago, USA.
Prof. Joseph held commercial career positions as Sales Executive, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Executive Director in well known companies in India, Bahrain, USA and UAE for over 25 years. Parallel to his commercial managerial career he kept his academic interests alive by being visiting lecturer in universities, colleges and schools almost all throughout those years.

With full time commitment since 1993, Born To Excel has become one of the best known names in the Middle East, India and even Europe for excellence in Corporate Soft-skills training and Personality Development and Career Guidance Programs for Students and Adults.

So far more than ten thousand adults from 48 nationalities and more than 20 thousand students from 57 nationalities have benefited from direct training by Prof. Joseph.

Millions of people all over the world have seen and heard him watching him present his programs on ten TV channels and nine radio stations so far.
